ODM OpTest is a program that provides support for the RP-460 optical power meter which permits the technician to take loss measurements on a fiber circuit. When a RP-460 or UPM-100 is connected to a PC’s USB port, OpTest acquires optical power measurements from the power meter and displays the measurement.
